It was quite busy on a Saturday night, but the servers remained efficient and attentive. They were also very friendly, which added to the overall experience. The restaurant has a lovely dog-friendly terrace that's perfect for outdoor dining. The enticing aroma of flame-grilled burgers and other meats is a tempting draw. I'm looking forward to returning!

The small restaurant was almost 3/4 full. There were two waitresses and another woman behind the bar. We immediately got menus and were asked for our drinks order. We ordered water that was immediately brought to us, as we decided for a cocktail and dinner. We sat 25 minutes without the waitress even gave us a second look when she went to this four times. We tried not to bring their attention in the loud bar. In 20 minutes, two young girls literally sat at the table in front of us. Immediately after sitting, they ordered two pins and had them within three minutes! We were totally ignored? We're up and down. We went over the road to the T-bones Pier 11. The service was impeccable, the food excellent and the view of the lake, beautiful! Our waitress has a $25 tip on a $75 bill. Do not waste your time or money on the Third Base Bar and Grill.

When I called to ask about the missing meat on my tacos, they told me it was on the side, which I honestly didn't notice at first—my bad. My husband requested American cheese instead of Swiss on his burger, but he received both types, which was amusing but not what he wanted. Additionally, the cheese for my cheese fries was cold. Overall, it was just a disappointing experience. I was told it would take 20 minutes for our order, but it ended up taking almost 40. I won't be returning, though I must say the staff was very nice!

We were given menus right away and asked for our drink orders. We opted for water, which was delivered promptly while we decided on cocktails and dinner. However, we sat for 25 minutes without the waitress even acknowledging us, despite her passing by our table four times. We tried to get her attention amid the noisy atmosphere, but it was futile. After 20 minutes, two young girls sat down at the table in front of us. Almost immediately, they ordered two pints and received them within three minutes. Meanwhile, we felt completely overlooked. Frustrated, we decided to leave and went across the street to T-Bones Pier 11. The service there was excellent, the food was outstanding, and the view of the lake was beautiful. Our waitress received a $25 tip on a $75 bill. Save your time and money—avoid Third Base Bar and Grill.
