This restaurant really needs to work on their customer service.I walked up to the ordering area, said hello to the young lady and received no response.I asked if they had pumpkin spice lattes, as I didn 't see it on the menu. If I could give this place a zero star review, I would. I ordered an iced coffee and three donuts. First of all, the employees acted disrespectful and lacked any customer service skills. Then, I received the wrong donuts and they were as hard as a rock. Now, I have an upset nephew and sister. I will not be returning to the La Plata Dunkin', and will instead be going to the Accokeek location.
They do a good job even though the parking lot is too small.
Great place. First time I ever went in and asked for decaf coffee and they gave me what I asked for. The young lady that eaited on me was very kind and didn't mind at all. Thank you.
Your sign is the brightest thing in the entire known universe. I go through at night and have my retinas cooked to a nice medium rare. I know you know how bright it is. Please tone it down
Please, I'm begging you, turn down the brightness on the drive through screen. I come through at night and have my retinas burned from the sign. It shines with the luminosity of a thousand stars. I swear I now have x ray vision from the light shining through my brain. Great service
