Very good campsite! Sanitation is extremely clean and modern. The mobile home are clean and the reception is really reactive to the slightest problem, the pool is large, the restaurant is a little expensive but very good. The fact being 50m from the beach really adds something. I recommend! View all feedback.
Every time we go the grass is very high, the hedges are no longer cut. After the days of the day before, the activities are cancelled without warning the holidaymakers. They want to have the 5th star while the 4th is no more visible than that. It is rather a holiday village than a pleasant campsite to live.
Visit to the site, many new constructions, planned constructions like the expansion of the pool... Too bad this campsite closes its doors so fast...
1 point for the environment (in the middle of the countryside, new mobile homes and animal park 4 legs For the rest... Smiles and hello are few of the bosses who travel to Cartte. Only the Guest Star had the smile of the bosses and the friendliness. Customers, they, can iron... They should not know the bases of the trade of SBRAM (Sourire, Hello, Goodbye, Thank you. Disappointment for the general reception before the arrival pot. You almost took a ticket to get a drink offered. The cups must return to the bar, it is obvious that giving the cups in the goodies would ensure the bankruptcy of the campsite. the mobile homes are on the other side of the pool: the pedal runs off at the level of the wall; the tiles around the pool are injuring and unloading dangerously; the pool with size to the number of guests; the junctions of the slide are painful. Animation: you can see that the team gives everything you need to try to do the work but it's complicated... The larval micros, equipment not ready before the time of animations, animations not tiles and pregnancy to be desired. Not much for teenagers. On the bar: impossible to stack ice (Ice making technology has not yet arrived at the campsite... , Price of excessive consumption compared to doses. There too, to have a smile, you must be a guest star... On the side of the terrace, a lesson stayed in place several days (not less than 5 days Sports side: attention to the road that passes in front of the reception, golf courses, football/basket/hand on the other side of the road. On the pond, I would say a mosquito pond or a nursery. Ultimately, the search for profitability and profitability are the master words of managers to the detriment of the festive and wahou side that should be for a 4* campsite. A tip, the grass is greener elsewhere without a doubt! I won't return JAMAIS.
POSSIBLE WITH REGARD TO I came for two weeks. A week with my 26-year-old son and a week alone. Beautiful activities and evenings. Too bad the 26/08/2022 stops. I had also chosen the campsite for its animations because at the base I came alone all the stay. There was also a reduction in the number of sanitary facilities (WC and showers), which caused waiting times all weekend. In addition to a shortage of toilet paper until Monday morning. A small pool in the middle of the season. After 26/08, a pure happiness because we were very little. Location near the convenient reception but in the morning the vacuum cleaner is heard. I understand the cleaning needs to be done, I just wanted to clarify it. Spacious location but there is no clear delimitation between the pitches, nor about the paths. We put the vehicles to be a little isolated and avoid campers crossing our site. However, we were well exposed (sun and shadow). The snack and restaurant is convenient and of good quality. I was surprised by the size of the grocery store compared to the size of the campsite. I imagined it bigger. In conclusion, I had a pleasant stay. A big thank you to all the staff, available, helpful and smiling. Good continuation.
A very pleasant stay at the campsite les Vallons de L'Océan to recommend for a future stay and new holidays. A perfect welcome and in addition the kindness of all the campers.Mr and Mrs Baucheron
