Karen’s Grounded Cafe - La Pine

This is the only place in town with HAND pressed burgers and oh boy the are juicy too(without dripping in grease . Fresh and high quality food Karen's Grounded Cafe gets 5 stars from me all day long! : They also have super good coffee. Having been in the restaurant business for many years the owners know what they are doing!! simple menu. They have changed their hours to close at 2 PM last I checked.

Just found out about Karen's cafe! Been coming to Lapine for years and so disappointed we hadn't been to this cafe sooner. Karen was super nice and recommended breakfast quesadilla named after herself! It was absolutely amazing and so was the hash browns. Such great owners and great food, we'll definitely be coming back and spreading the word!

This place is awesome. Great coffee tea pastries and a full menu. They do close at 2 pm. Super nice owners and they kept the place open for an extra hour for us.They used to run a busy restaurant in Bend that was highly rated and they came to La Pine to slow down. Try this place, it's great!

Making this place a favorite on Google Maps. Just about as friendly a place as I’ve been to and I’ve seen plenty. Burgers are off the menu, replaced by French Dips. Salads, breakfasts and great coffee round out the menu. Why would you choose a chain restaurant when Karen is serving?

Very cute little cafe and the owners are really nice. I've only had coffee, but I'm definitely looking forward to trying some of the menu items.
