Dairy Queen Grill Chill - La Pine

Unfortunately very slow. 20 minutes waiting for 3 burgers, 3 pommes and 2 bloomings. blizzards first came out and were melted from the time our food was ready. both burger and pommes were cold in the round. I had expected it to be hot and fresh after so long wait. the staff didn't seem to be in a hurry to order. we were the only customers inside. no chairs to sit. they were looking busy.

Do not dine at this restaurant. My wife and I both suffered from severe food poisoning after ordering food from La Pine around 6 pm on November 7th. I will never return to this establishment and strongly advise against consuming anything from here. We endured 15 hours of illness due to a burger that they had the audacity to charge me for. As a local, this is not the first time that their food quality has been subpar. Save yourself a day of suffering and $10 by dining elsewhere. After speaking with a manager on November 8th, I requested to speak with the owner but was informed that they do not live locally. There was no general manager available either. The manager I spoke with on the phone was unhelpful and seemed condescending when he requested a doctor's note from me. It took two calls for them to finally apologize for poisoning my family. I was extremely upset and urge others to stay away from this restaurant. They served us contaminated food.

I recently visited this restaurant after a long journey for a meal. We waited a long time, our order was slightly mixed up, we were charged more than the menu price, and the food tasted strange. It was a disappointing experience overall, although the ice cream was delicious.

My wife and I have traveled to every state in the USA except Alaska, and we often visit Dairy Queen. My wife enjoys ordering a banana split Blizzard, even though it is not always on the menu. She always gets what she asks for without any issues. However, on our recent visit, she was charged extra for chocolate sauce, strawberries, and pineapple even though they already had these ingredients and simply mixed them with vanilla ice cream like most other locations. This is unacceptable, and we will not be returning.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I waited in line for 15 minutes only to be told at the window that the card reader was not working. This was the second time I had visited this location and both times were terrible. I don't know how many more 15 minute waits I can handle at this unfriendly establishment.
