El Guero - La Pedrera

I loved the service, but most of all the vegan food. It was delicious and fresh, perfectly seasoned and flavored. I ordered nachos with guacamole, and burritos with beans and mushrooms. They were delicious and very fresh. Gluten-free and vegan options were available. The chef was very kind and attentive. Needless to say, we will definitely be back.

This is the best Mexican restaurant in Uruguay. The mole is incredible, the tequila soup is excellent, and the tortillas are delicious. It's a shame that the restaurant will only be in La Pedrera until the end of the summer starting from today (16/07/16). It's definitely worth driving a few miles to eat here again.
