Very friendly service, spoke excellent English and very clear Spanish. We had vegan dishes, sushi and steak. All were phenomenal. Prices were decent, slightly higher than average Bolivian, but very affordable and totally worth the quality and plate sizes. The atmosphere was very pleasant and very relaxed music (jazz and latino), the interior design was fresh and modern, which gave a nice line to the old town area. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mestiza:
Had to wait literally more than a hour to be served a soup and a plate of sushi and it wasn’t that good. There wasn’t a lot of people in the restaurant so I don’t understand the waiting time! View all feedback.

Great place. We came back a few times to eat here. The ambience is very cool with good music and very friendly English-speaking staff. They even gave me some tips about the area. The sushi was good (based on Bolivia) and we also liked the burgers and a delicious pesto vegetarian panni. Very recommended and prices seemed cheaper than most places (maybe because it is new? Great value for money
Two times in La Paz. Good service (best English we experienced in Bolivia). Delicious food. Fair prices, especially in the daily menu.
Very nice staff and the paninis were amazing. They allowed us to watch the Copa America match even though they were partially closed during the transition from lunch to dinner.
Good food, good english soeaking staff, nice wine and craft beer selection!
