Jardín De Asia - La Paz

Expensive place. The restaurant is gorgeous and beautifully designed. Staff was nice. Food is average- not more. We asked the waiter for recommendation on sushi with salmon and shrimps, he pointed out a 36 pieces combination for 360 Bs. We were surprised to find out it was 50 Bs. Extra for the salmon only when received the check. Food 3/5 Service 4/5 Design 5/5

Very nice atmosphere with lounge music and low light. The service is professional and the dishes taste really good. A bit pricey.

I've been to Jardin de Asia twice: once for brunch and once for dinner. Brunch was mediocre. I didn't actually have dinner. My friend made a reservation, but apparently it was not written down. When we got to the restaurant, the staff were all confused, seated us in two different places, then ignored us, all the while acting as though they didn't want to serve us anyway. So we left. I will never go back.

Overrated, and extremely expensive for average quality food. We finished lunch still quite hungry. Weird smell, and rude waitress.
