We ordered simple fare, fried rice and chow mien, for our lunch here, our first visit. We had a lemonade and a pot of green tea to drink. I spent the night in La Paz and had an itch for Chinese food. Go figure. Anyway, the joint was typical greasy Chinese restaurant decor with dusty plastic bouquets and non-breakable plates.
