The food is good if you get a fresh order, but on several occasions we have received chicken that had been on the grill too long and fries that had been reheated and dried out and mealy, which is a bummer because they're awesome when they're fresh. Falta sabor, mi pollo estaba tostado. Falta atención, si eres primerizo y no sabes donde hacer fila puede hasta que salgas regañado por las personas que atienden. Falta señalización de cómo opera el cobro: si hiciste pedido por telefono, apenas abras la puerta indica que ya hiciste tu pedido y ¡no hagas fila! (O saldrás regañado).
