What Ferid Kurutluoğlu doesn't like about Harker Board Restaurant:
We have visited 10 restaurants in La Paz and for us this was the worst. Whats good about it is the atmosphere, view from the roof deck, the vibe and the drinks. We ordered tacos stringy, tough and dry meat presented with guacamole that...looked like it came from a catering pouch. During our one month stay in la paz, we were to harass many times, never disappointed. amazing view from the terrace, beautiful place for sunset. can be cooled in free, but they can also choose to sit in the interior. we saw several World Cup games here, a atmosphere. the best pizza in the city, perfectly boiled thin chest and half a half is possible, always delicious. other foods are also super beautiful, great breakfast and burritos, with my favorite style clobige kartoffel chips with skin. Of course, they cannot miss their craftsmen. for now they have mainly beer from Baja Brewery, but I heard that they soon make their own. great service, always very tent. credit card accepted.
AWFUL. I was this afternoon on Harker and i asked for a table and they said was occupied, but they were empty. I was discriminated because I came wlth my girlfriend, I insisted for that empty table but they denied me. This Is a Not...gay friendly place and no great beer place. No come back any more friends. There are a lot better places really.
Great place to see the malecón ocean and sunset. Comfort food steps to get to the top but very casual cool venue. With live music.

Honestly my advice is to drink here and eat elsewhere unless you want burgers or a club sandwich. Did not try that but its harder to mess up in the kitchen. BTW the place is practically next door to a very big but great restaurant.
