Oriental - La Oliva

Went here twice for take away during our 2 week stay in Corralejo . First visit I ordered lemon and garlic chicken and egg fried rice. The chicken was in a separate container from the sauce which meant it wasn't soggy by the time we back to the apartment. Hubbie had special chow mein, we shared spring rolls for starters. Both meals were very tasty and portion sizes more than adequate, we had left overs which heated up well. On our second visit we shared chicken with cashew nuts and egg fried rice. Staff were very friendly in fact gave us a beer whilst we waited. Value for money. Would recommend.

Busy and rushed. We have eaten many times at this restaurant over the years, however, the standard and quality did not hit the spot this time. Portions were small as a quarter duck only gave us the smallest amount for a couple of pancakes…the rest was fat.

Batter on Tempura veg was not like any we've had before wrong texture and unpleasant taste. Left most of it. My veg Singapore noodles were greasy and unpleasant. My husband's Pad Thai was not authentic as a Thai dish more like Chinese and also very greasy. We think they are offering too broad a menu, and can't deliver. Perhaps less could be more. We won't be going again.

Buena comida... tan pronto como te sientas te traen como nubes de dragón habituales con salsa... los platos se presentan bien y también son buenos!! Las porciones están en la norma... la única nota para los italianos no c y el menú en el idioma por lo que tienes un momento para enojarte.

Had lunch today with my husband. Ordered 3 dishes to share between us and a couple of beers. The waitress who took our order was rude and miserable. The good was poor. Full of peppers and over sweet. Don't waste your euros.
