La Fraschetta - La Oliva

After a long day of travelling and flights … we went for a late evening stroll in search of a cold beer and pizza. By chance we stumbled upon this beautiful hidden gem, we watched as they created our traditional style pizza with fresh simple ingredients WOW, perfection on a plate. Certainly worth a look and just two minutes walk from the music square near the harbour.

Por recomendación de un amigo que vive en Fuerteventura desde hace años, mi amiga y yo fuimos a cenar a este restaurante. Bonita ubicación, cerca del mar, mesas limpias, ordenado, todo preparado con cuidado. Nos dieron el menú y nos sorprendió la poca variedad de platos disponibles, pero entendimos rápidamente por qué, todo está hecho en casa, desde la pasta hasta el postre. Pedimos entrante, primer plato y postre, todo delicioso. Pescado muy fresco, pasta fresca cocida a la perfección, realmente un placer para el paladar, el tiramisú delicioso. Definitivamente una excelente relación calidad-precio teniendo en cuenta lo delicioso que comimos y el precio totalmente en línea con otros de la isla que no merecen lo mismo. Volveremos seguro.

Ubicación característica en una posición fantástica frente al mar. Se aprecia aún más durante el almuerzo. Platos elaborados y materia prima de excelente calidad. Conozco la cocina de Valerio desde hace tiempo ¡y nunca decepciona! ¡Gracias también a Fatima por ser rápida y amable! ¡Bien hecho chicos, sigan así! Silvia y Roby.

Very good pizzas, the maza is delicious and very good at price. We didn't order pasta, but everyone was eating it, they serve it in a skillet, it was very good looking at thanks.

The very good waitress. I let myself go for your suggestion, and I possibly ate one of the best pastas in my life. My partner ate a pizza and think the same. delicious and what has to be. (the Italian pizzerias and restaurants have lost a lot of quality and good to do in the kitchen but here is worth eating. and prices are not expensive.
