No toilet paper in handicap stall, no paper towels at sink and floor wet. Makes one wonderif kitchen is the same? Unbelievable for a Panera! Food okay but ambiance dirty. Would have left but first place we tried aftera sports event closed for staff to catch up!!????

I understandthey might be busy but there isn?t even an option on the app to review the order?if you?re going to order from Panera..do it INTHE CAFE!

Then the person is usually busy helping someone inline so you have to wait your turn to get them to refill whatever it is you 're missing for your RAPID pick-up .
