I've lived in San Diego for over 30 years and never knew about this place just off the eight freeway in La Mesa next to a restaurant called The charcoal house. Anyway decided to try finca Casa blanca and wow, I was blown away! We loved this place before the new ownership. Good food, good margaritas, and a funny, personable waiter. Then, we went back in September 2023, and the service was terrible, food just okay. Our server was very gracious and attentive. I wish I had gotten his name. The food was good with generous portions, and the drinks were flavorful.
Food and service were exceptional. Come and see for yourself, yummy.

I was a first time customer here in November 2019. I never knew I never came back, but the food was awesome! I ordered a California Burrito, and for a price of under $13 (with a drink) it was the best deal. Sadly I never finished it since it was so big, but I did enjoy it a lot!! The best!!!
