The food was only average during this visit. We have definitely enjoyed better sushi at Banbu before. It felt like all the fish we were served was a day older than it should have been. I absolutely love Banbu Sushi! Since we discovered it, I've been going nearly every other week. This weekend, we're even returning for two nights in a row. The sushi roll I had, along with the chicken katsu, was fantastic—perfectly breaded! Our server, Jessica C, was wonderful; she was very friendly and attentive. View all feedback.
