Not expensive to dine here. Simple but great menu. Hoping they expand with more restaurants in different cities soon! Just the regular beef or chicken 'Pato ' hit the spot and make you want to come back later for more. The tortillas are all handmade in each restaurant, and you can tell! So many memories here as a child and the recipe is still the same. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about El Pato Mexican Food:
The service was adequate. It was a takeout order, and the food was served on a plate covered with foil. The meal itself was enjoyable, but the portion size was different from what I'm used to. View all feedback.
The service can be quite slow during lunchtime, so be prepared for a lengthy wait. However, the food is quite enjoyable.
This restaurant needs to pay more attention to what they serve their customers. The food is not properly cooked, and the portions are small and thick; they don’t even roll the items to the appropriate size. The person in charge tried to blame the new dough they received, but I had to reboil the food at home, and it turned out fine. They really need to put in more effort to deliver what they advertise. It's disappointing to see how much this place has declined, especially since I have enjoyed dining here since high school, and now it's simply not worth it.

Okay. We've come here before, but since they sold this franchise market, they've been going down. the cashier looked lost and did not advise us that the tellers we order did not come with the drink. the manager asked her child in the restaurant while she worked. fajita plate looked like the fajitas were cooked. I never come to this place again.
My favorite restaurant in lajoya I go there every time I come from Chicago to visit
