Their quinoa salad is probably the best salad I've ever had and I'm not exaggerating! So fresh and healthy. The frozen yogurt and acai bowl were absolutely delightful, packed with an abundance of fresh, healthy fruit toppings. The owner was also incredibly friendly and cheerful.
I absolutely love this place! The food is incredible and always fresh. Their homemade soups are delicious, and they offer both a vegetarian option and a soup of the week. My favorites include the stuffed bell pepper, beef and barley, and chicken pastini. The quinoa salad is fantastic, and I highly recommend pairing it with the black bean chipotle burger—you won’t be disappointed!
The food is fabulous! I just love the turkey sandwiches. A fun, easy stop in Bird Rock. Sit outside and enjoy the fun neighborhood!
This place is delicious but it's kind of the Bluth's Banana Stand. Except is BirdRock not Balboa Island......... and there's no frozen bananas......
