Barullo Destileria Grill - La Jolla

This restaurant was really close to wear we were staying so we popped in for dinner. I had the ribeye and bone marrow. Holy moly they were good! I am picky with my steak and it was done perfectly over the wood fire. My hubby had the arachara which was also fabulous. Emilio was our server and he was so sweet to us. Just a really fun place to be. It was not busy so we were seated right away. We have been 2 times now and plan to go again before my trip is over. I highly recommend this bar/restaurant to anyone that’s wants a great meal.

Excellent straight forward food. Augustin took great care of us. The octopus was incredible as was the bone marrow. Grilled over wood fire. Steaks were perfect. Good find.

We ended up in this place because there were not many options open due to the schedule, terrible mistake! Very loud music and it was not possible to talk, the waitress who attended us had the mask on her chin and as she spoke very loudly at the table, because of the music that I already mentioned, she spat a lot. Average food. being outdoors they have a lot of flying bugs. Avoid it at all costs

Superadas las expectativas, mis amigos disfrutaron muchísimo las hamburguesas, el pulpo al ajo estaba delicioso y el rib eye de mi esposo estuvo increíble, felicitamos al parrillero porque dejó la carne jugosa que además es de excelente calidad. El postre (strudel de manzana) muy rico. El servicio excelente, sumamente recomendable.

La comida fue exquisita, la ensalada no tiene ma…, el servicio fue de lujo, las bebidas muy ricas
