Hamachi Sushi Express - La Habra

Got a sushi cake! I informed them that the birthday boy likes salmon more so they decorated with more salmon. I dropped my own plate since I wasn’t a big fan of the black plastic. They were very nice! Order in advance! I called a few days before but gave them the plate a day in advance. The sushi cake fed 2 people. If you’re hungry, go for the bigger cake! I got the smaller one and I think for women, it’ll be enough. Men weren’t full from it at all. Price was a bit high but it’s really the experience. I want to come back to eat at the restaurant!

Delicious, high quality sushi.... reasonable pricing. Super friendly staff. I have tried just about every roll on the menu and each one is better than the next.....the mango avocado salad is amazing!

Was at Starbucks and notice this sushi place next door, was wanting sushi and decided to walk in. Very non descriptive front entrance.Was greeted and sat at the counter. Ordered their omakase and was expecting conveyor quality. Truth be told, i was going to eat my words.Fish was of high quality cuts and super fresh. Taste was non traditional nigiri and chef put his own twist on it.This is literally better than any other sushi places ive had and to boot its a mom/pop place, which i love to support.Will be coming back and referring out as well.Totally recommend!!

What a great experience. They truly care about your experience and the quality of food that they are serving you. Absolutely the best sushi I have had in quite some time. Can't wait to come back.
