Would 've been a 5, but parking is horrible.. luckily they have a burrito loading zone that 's meant for people with online order to get in and out.. unfortunately an employee with a fiat 500 thinks its his personal parking spot. View all feedback.

Order for delivery or collection and they get the order wrong 75% of the time. a tonne hot sauce to the children's meal.
I had an absolutely fantastic experience! I often struggle with social interactions, so placing a personal order can be challenging for me. However, today I decided to step outside my comfort zone, and it turned out to be the best decision I could have made. The staff were incredibly kind and understanding, and I really appreciated how one of them used my preferred pronouns. It made me feel truly welcomed! The food was exceptional—always served hot and incredibly tasty. Overall, it was a perfect visit!
We have ordered from this place consistently and the accuracy and waiting times have become quite rough. Today we received a child's meal (for a child,) which was falsely hot as one of the sides, and it was full of good. with an egg allergy in our family chipotle was a great option, but we will avoid this location in future.

Every time I go to this restaurant, they either don't have what I want to order or their payment system is not working. If it happened only once, I would understand, but these issues have happened repeatedly. It doesn't seem like they are making an effort to improve.
