I ordered tacos for delivery to my house, but the restaurant left the order at the wrong address. When I called the restaurant for help, I was directed to an automated system. The customer service was terrible and I never received my food. Now my order is sitting at a stranger's house. I am disappointed with Chipotle and will not be ordering from them again. This level of carelessness is unacceptable, especially considering the high cost of delivery.
Every time I go to this restaurant, they either don't have what I want to order or their payment system is not working. If it happened only once, I would understand, but these issues have happened repeatedly. It doesn't seem like they are making an effort to improve.
I had an absolutely fantastic experience! I often struggle with social interactions, so placing a personal order can be challenging for me. However, today I decided to step outside my comfort zone, and it turned out to be the best decision I could have made. The staff were incredibly kind and understanding, and I really appreciated how one of them used my preferred pronouns. It made me feel truly welcomed! The food was exceptional—always served hot and incredibly tasty. Overall, it was a perfect visit!

This is a good Chipotle. Service is always fast even tho a lot of people go in there and the customer service is good. They Carne Asada bowl was pretty good as well
