Burger King - La Grange

I love BK! A special dinner night (king) I chased her new Whooper Melts after seeing her commercials again and again. So, I ordered the Bacon Melt and had plans to eat home. We check the bag for all our foods before we leave the drive-thru, but we do not unpack every sandwich and examine it. So, we made it home and when I took my burger, my mouth fell down with disappointment. I first noticed that the bungalow was a regular sesame seed beer, not the sourdough beer I look forward to. And there was no bacon. I basically got a dressed double chopper. Needless to say, I ate it because I didn't feel like I was going back. After all, I still enjoyed my sandwich, although it wasn't what I ordered. I called her and let her know about her mistake. They took my name and told me I had 30 days to get through, and of course they give me a Bacon Melt for free. I appreciate it and look forward to picking it up tomorrow. And I will keep the line a few seconds (more) to unpack it and make sure it is the right sandwich. I think I have to go so far. But as I said at the beginning, I still love BK and I!

These guys are amazing. Went thru the ride thru on a Saturday evening with a pretty big order and coupons. My order was perfect and they did the coupons right. Only 3 employees and they knock it out! These guys need an increase NOW

You have recently closed due to low staff, so do not place this mobile order until you are in agreement and prepare for a little wait, but they kill it! Everyone here is always super friendly and the food is consistent!

Good olwhopper w/cheese, onion rings, excellent! Service not fast, but exactly... at least lobby is open....
