Brasserie Le Caroleofane - La Glacerie

Ate at this brasserie after getting wine and had a lovely Croc moncieur we wanted chips but as it was late in the day they were only doing sandwiches but the very kind waiter bought us chips with no charge how very kind.

We walked in to the restaurant and were really made to feel unwelcome since i) we could not speak french and ii) we were not white.

We didn't want to go to lunch in la glacerie, but came over this attractive brasserie and decided to go. we chose the omelet with ham and mushroom with chips and salat garnish. That was great as we usually find. that the omelets in France are particularly good. the service was friendly and the bill as even more friendly. would certainly recommend.
