If you have a craving once in a while, as most of us do, for back ribs, Santa Costilla is the place to go. Tender, juicy, with excellent choice of sauces and different alternatives to keep it company, the back ribs are delicious and you will not be disappointed with this place. I was regularly in santa costilla usaquen with very good comments. 15 days ago he went to Campestre Square. the experience was not so good. the rib very good presentation, although the taste in usaquen is better. the Punta...de anca was not!! good presentation, but taste was so. to finish some dessert strawberry with expired cream and bad taste. Of course. I contacted customer service and after trying several I was successful. almost a day of the week has passed and I still wait for an appropriate answer. We stopped at the Usaquen location after visiting the flea market. Two of us got the pork ribs and one person got the hamburger. The hamburger was undercooked and the ribs were over cooked. They fell off the bone alright, but the meat was dry....I might try the ribs again, but not pork. The lemonade de coco was very watered down, and I would not try it there again. The place was very busy but the service was still good given the crowd. It’s obviously popular so maybe we just went on a bad day.
Ripen and meat were overboiled and very dry. loud music made the conversation difficult. service was fast and friendly.

The ribs were juicy and tender and cost $46,000 cop. the portion size was sufficient, but the side of the french french was overboiled. there are other dishes on the menu like steaks, but most people go for the ribs.
