My wife and I came here when we were excited to eat raclette. for such an expensive restaurant the service was terrible. they brought us our drinks with our foo... read more My wife and I came here when we were excited to eat raclette. for such an expensive restaurant the service was terrible. they brought us our drinks with our food. they did not even make us knife, fork, serviettes or salt and pfeffer. they had not. the right utensils that go with a fondue. raclette cheese didn't taste like raclette. the personal was arrogant and rude. they spend their money elsewhere as this was a embarrassing experience.

I would never come to this restaurant if my life depend on, first place nice manager in front, his name is miguel (he speaks both Spanish and English) for forei... read more I would never come to this restaurant if my life depend on, first place nice manager in front, his name is miguel (he speaks both Spanish and English) for foreigners that I would imagine his behavior before in retsaurnat very professional yes,...as well as if when my engaged in itself went to test food etc. So especially after the business discussion asked him to sign the last timetable, route and contract for us, days past the asap media are forgotten as soon as possible. the date on which we discussed was Friday 15th March/3/2019, and to my amazement we will receive email finally last night the 2/4/2019, two and a half weeks later, with almost double original offer $3,800,000 with our deposit iof $500.000 already taken. my ecle and I thought automatically hmmm , he plays on our emotions as sales tactics by being very close to our high-time day, so many would have no choice but accept the cita. I said, pull the plug we break off asking for money back because this restaurant is completely dishonest, my engaged even emailed the owner and they also refused to refund! so my advice to all, they can either consult the lawyer for advice before they go into this restaurant because they are completely dishonest and will never give them a refund!

We got bounced around to 4 different tables some because the music and/or roving sax player were too loud. Took...15 minutes to get our order in but over an hour to get any food. No exaggeration. Nearly all the staff were aware of the ridiculous delay but none apologized or did anything. We eventually cancelled half the order. The food arrived and was terrible. Almost unidentifiable chicken in tiny quantity with a few small dipping sauces. Appalling. Plus some family was letting their 2 boys bang on the piano keys in the middle of the restaurant without a hint of objection from the staff which continually passed by for 20 minutes. I never write bad reviews but this one was necessary.
