Staff attention is excellent. But I expected a menu that would match the rest of the restaurants in La Cumbrecita. There is no German food but if an excellent Chivito to the roaster and a beautiful view View all feedback.
What Ro Casla doesn't like about La Negra:
A bad mess!!!... What kind of barbecue doesn't have any roast or emptied??? a piece reee burnt chivito that had like 3 days grill... we ate bad and expensive... on top and don't make ticket bill so they're also evasores... 0/10. It is not recommended. View all feedback.
They have to try the Serrano chivite to the roaster... a delicacy. Super cute meat, and the boys who work rough. One detail, no longer called La Negra, now called Don Carlos,

Very good the chivito to the roaster and the other dishes also, all very rich, against only cash
I do not recommend it to myself, what we asked for for lunch was rich, very lazy attention, especially the manager.
Trucha roasted well cooked with potatoes to the Spanish. The place is well decorated with folk music. The very delicious chivito of the day. The price according to the quality of food and service.
