Simon's Bistro - La Cruz

I had a fresh breakfast this morning. Fruit plate was absolutely delicious and very fresh. The bacon, sausage and egg breakfast was great and my friend had a waffle, freshest waffle she ever had and she's 75 years old, so she knows her waffles! Also had a hot, strong black coffee and fresh oj. Can not mistake the menu, prices also very good. It is a very clean modern restaurant with a beautiful atmosphere and the waiter, he was a treasure. Very helpful and accommodating for my “sugar-free” lifestyle and many questions.

Fresh homemade soups, salads and sandwiches along with delicious desserts. Seriously, I tasted the best Coleslaw ever. Enjoy free Wi-Fi and a chilled Cerveza while taking a break from the Mexico heatwave. Modern decor and comfort seating. Very close to the beach. Charming owners from Ireland. A must to stop breakfast, lunch or evening in Bucerias

Fantastic meal at Simon's. Monday night special is 3 tapas and 2 drinks for 350 pesos and it was absolutely amazing. I enjoyed the sauteed garlic mushrooms and prosciutto-wrapped asparagus, but the highlight was definitely the scallops. I even had the chance to meet one of the owners who was super-friendly and took care of our party. It was incredible to hear that this restaurant was only open for two seasons... You know what they do and deserve every success!

I have been to Simon’s Bistro a number of times since it has opened and it has always been great. The soups are all amazing and the other day I had their house garden salad and it was delicious. Well worth a visit when you are visiting Bucerias. Good job guys!
