Rosemont Vineyards Winery - La Crosse

Great spot, great wines. The proprietor stopped his tractor to talk to my kids about the farming of grapes, and let them taste some off the vines! If you like real wine, this is some of the best that VA has to offer.

Mom and I were exploring local area. She remembered Rosemount across the line in VA. We called and they fit us in. It was fabulous. Freshly baked baguette with goat cheese and sharp Cheddar. Flights of mixed and wine. We left with bottles of Rose and discovered love for traminette. Definitely, visit and experience

You definitely deserve a 5-star rating! This is one of my favorite wineries and easily ranks among the top three in Virginia. The owners and staff are incredibly knowledgeable, informative, and outstanding. I can't imagine not being a member of their wine club—it’s truly invaluable. On our way to visit family, we spotted a sign by the roadside and decided to make a U-turn to check it out. I'm really glad we did! We ended up buying two bottles of wine—one for ourselves and one for a friend. The gentleman who assisted us was very friendly and knowledgeable. The house and surrounding grounds are absolutely stunning. I'm so pleased we stopped by this beautiful vineyard!

We visited Rosemont on a chilly, rainy Saturday, and it turned out to be the perfect way to spend our afternoon. We participated in a wine tasting and then decided to buy a bottle to enjoy as we relaxed at the winery. They offer a variety of cheeses, crackers, and other snacks for purchase, which we took advantage of. The selection of wines catered to all tastes, and the staff was both friendly and professional. We’ll definitely be returning.
