papa johns coworkers at this site lacked customer service training. I spoke to the young lady behind the counter. she looked at me and didn't speak. I spoke to her again. then I let them know I picked up one. the toppings were really vaccinated. I was surprised. but I was more surprised that the employee looked like she didn't understand how to greet customers. View all feedback.
The pizza was delicious. However, the person behind the counter needs to work on their customer service skills.
After returning from a family trip to the beach, we called the restaurant to place an order for pick up right before 9, around 8:50. However, the employees refused to take our order because they said they close at 9.
I am disappointed that I am not local to this area and tried to place my order over the phone for pick-up, only to arrive and see an employee ignore my call. The customer service was terrible and it seems like they don't even care about their job. I would not even give a 1-star rating because the service was extremely poor.
Not even 8pm and they can’t take any more orders?! Under staffed, we the lady on the phone said she was working by herself. Absolutely sad
