Italian salad with some adjustments that have been welcomed with attention (replacement of the base paste by the salad .. and frankly Usually the restaurateurs are drunk when you want to change an element and there between st Tropez, marseille, cannes, I was welcomed as never and my respectful tastes. Too bad I'm not here because it would have been my rdv of the week! 10/10
