I want to acknowledge the EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE I receive at this location. RILEY is always so friendly.A lot of times he is alone with a line building and he never stops smiling. Sometimes A smile is all you need. A person may be having a bad day become and see Riley and he makes everything great. He is a real gem to this company. View all feedback.
What Donna H doesn't like about Starbucks:
Went in the the nearest Starbucks to pick up a hot drink this morning and noticed BOTH employees wearing their masks improperly during the height of a pandemic. Surely Vons/Starbucks has instructed them on how to wear a mask! If the employees can't wear their masks properly, what other sanitation issues do they skimp on? View all feedback.
They go home half an hour before listed closing time.

Shout out to Monica for being an awesome worker! She was by herself, there was a line and she was kicking butt. Super friendly. Wish there were more workers like her. Always friendly service.
