I want to start off by saying I don't recommend this KFC. If you want chicken goto popeyes, I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich and they put some spicy Mayo on it and a bunch of regular Mayo on it. I asked for extra pickles and they only gave me a few pickles and they were super soggy. The sandwich is a dollar more at kfc and 10 times worse. Do yourself a favor and goto popeyes. As far as KFC's go maybe this one is okay but not good
Very bad serivce ! I ordered chicken fillets, she gave me a chicken burger. only to find out when i got home. never back this store again.
Today is 7/15/2023@1000 am. Never been to this KFC. Got here at 10am. Watched the people inside walk around for 25 mins. Another customer showed up at 1015 and was knocking noone came to the door. Eventually the shift lead/manager came to the door did not open, nor communicate just said with her finger go to drive thru and turned on drive thru sign. As I stood there I read the reviews and their 2 star rating based off this experience is well deserved. I took my order for 6 buckets to another franchise didn't want to even risk my food being raw or who knows with this level of service. One thing is having people call out or a situation arise which we know can happen another is leaving customers outside and not taking the pride and time to communicate with them.
There's nothing like KFC Chicken.
Sign/online says they close at 12:00 so it kind of sucks to arrive 50 minutes before closing to find everything shut down early and the staff joking inside only to hide when they see me pull up. Not many places are open at that time so driving a good distance for one that's supposed to be but isn't was more than disappointing
