The coffee is really good. The technique is consistent and proper. It fits the space perfectly. He obviously wants to be out surfing, but that doesn’t come across as resent. That energy is funneled into as cool, calm, collected and balanced of a cup as you’ll have out there. Thanks for giving me the desire to be a regular and for being such a good representative of the industry.
