After a day of horrendous weather we decided to eat very close to our hotel The Best Western Vieux Port. We could get no closer than Quai Sud which is right next door. We received a warm welcome, good service excellent food. We both...had Beef Carpaccio to start with one of us had the Scallops served with mixed vegetable ribbons the other one had fresh grilled seabass served with chunky chips. All dishes could be ser... What Eckard Jürgens doesn't like about Quai Sud:
mistake on the meat cooking, mistake on the sauce, I asked for a roquefort sauce I was brought with a pepper sauce; the waitress went looking for the roquefort sauce but despite my many revivals I have never seen the color. unpleasant staff. To avoid. View all feedback.
For us was very well located and comfortable because it was next to the best western hotel we stayed. have many good options in the menu and eating was excellent. the service was very good. the place was clean and well furnished and the atmosphere was excellent. the price was good, but the cuddles were excellent.
We had a wonderful meal at this restaurant. The staff are very helpful with the menu and provide very good service. The prawn curry was a superb and my scallops were delicious. You could chose what you would like with your meal, either vegetables, chips or...salad. My dessert was a tarte tatin, it was excellent. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant. It has a great colour scheme with comfortable chairs. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting la Ciotat.
We took French friends for lunch to day. I can truthfully say it was one of the worst meals I have ever had in France. After a long wait they did not bring what we ordered, we were not informed veal escalope milanese was not...available though on the menu. The meat was tough, dry, burned and inedible. We should have sent it back If there had been a manager around I would have asked for a refund. Stayed June 2013, travelled as a couple
Very nice food. We had the fish soup as starter; really good but large. The main dish was very nicely arranged with fresh indigents (seafood). Also nice to have coffee after dinner or during the day. Restaurant is rather good visited, majoritarian tourists. Only the...TV's were annoying.
This is the first restaurant where we had our dinner during our visit to la ciotat. they had very good options to choose from in the menu. they were open until late in the night. the restaurant was well furnished and had a large room. well cooked and well cooked eating. the price was good.
