Einfach fabelhaftes Dach. Restaurant außerhalb von La Chaux de Fonds, sehr gut gelegen. Von außen sieht dieses Restaurant unscheinbar aus, aber wenn man es betritt, entdeckt man eine sehr freundliche und warme Atmosphäre. Die Kellnerin ist sehr nett und aufmerksam auf den Kunden. Das Rindertatar mit weißem Albatrüffel ist ein purer Genuss. Die Balance zwischen Trüffel, Gewürzen und Fleisch ist wirklich sehr gut gelungen. Dann war auch das Tagesgericht sehr gut, mit einer sehr guten Gesamtbilanz. Auch die Präsentation der Speisen ist sehr gelungen und macht Lust aufs Essen. Schließlich waren auch die Desserts auf Augenhöhe mit dem Rest. Ich kann dieses Restaurant wirklich empfehlen, wenn Sie in der Gegend sind, und die Preise bleiben angesichts der Qualität der Gerichte recht angemessen. Preis pro Person: CHF 70–80. Essen: 5. For lunch. the choice is limited, but there is something for everyone. the service is very friendly and efficient.
A kind of gastronomic restaurant, it is a really sweet little place. the personal is really friendly and as expected for this location, the menu is limited to 5-6 participants and few starters. teller are really beautiful arranged, colorful and worked up with much passion and they expect. an explosion of taste in mouth. the mad en bouche was great, but I was strongly disappointed by the scallops that were overboiled and almost chewing... so I can not see this place higher than average, even if it was considered good in a brasserie-like restaurant.
