La Sauvette is a bar and restaurant in the old quarter of La Charité between the monastery and the river Loire. The menu is not long or complicated, but the food is tasty, comes in hearty portions, and is reasonably priced. Also a good if short wine list. Eating outside in the summer with a view of both the river and the monastic buildings was truly special. The whole was rounded off with good service under pressure... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about La Sauvette:
This is always the first night stop when we arrive in town looking for a reasonably priced quick dinner. The atmosphere is medieval charming. The hosts are fun and the clientele gives you a feel for this quaint medieval village. Outdoor lunch in the shade of the ancient church is fun as well. View all feedback.
Very beautiful church in a very pretty little town on the edge of the Loire. Charity-sur-Loire really deserves a stop or even a step. It's really beautiful, full of history and picturesque.
A heartburn and a living soul in the heart of this Priory. A most disturbing atmosphere and a unique feeling. One of the most beautiful places in the history that still communicates today with our time.
I love this cave and this great man daniel blossoms and all the current team for their professionalism
Hello the restaurant the rescuer apologizes for the inconvenience caused during the cook's holiday period.. We'll do everything to satisfy you... Thank you.
To flee Service slow see nonexistent = 30mn to place order. We've asked for sauces we're still waiting for!Especially don't take the magret or rather the third of magret cut into small tips. Frozen fries and cold food! Evian law is not respected. A monumental scam!!!Make the savior!!!
