Typically, there’s only one staff member managing all the orders during my visits. This person is responsible for handling all the receipts, a job that should be distributed among the team, especially during busy periods. Managers should actively assist the crew with assembling and preparing food to ensure orders are served promptly. Having worked as a service crew member at Jollibee and KFC at their Lacson branch, I saw firsthand the importance of teamwork and managerial support during busy times. At those branches, managers would help the crew to ensure smooth operations and timely service. Unfortunately, that level of support appears to be missing at your branch. I want to acknowledge the hardworking crew for their efforts, but I urge management to take action and provide the necessary support to enhance the overall customer experience. I visited again last Saturday around 2 PM, when there were only a few customers at the counter and plenty of crew members present, yet it still took over 20 minutes for my food to arrive. The atmosphere is enjoyable; however, I recommend avoiding visits on Fridays, as sugar farmers receive their pay and tend to crowd this fast-food chain.
