I sat inside the restaurant and ordered a pizza. Sure enough, the middle was soft, but the combination of cheese and sauce made it incredibly delicious. Personally, I didn't mind the softness of the pizza at all. The dough could have been a touch more sponge-like. I would give it a 4 out of 5 rating.
