2 stars for the location and the friendly server. The coffee is nespresso, made with individually aluminum packaged pods. Definitely fallen out of time eco wise. Worst is the appetizers, pate and the vegetables. Unfortunately it's just store bought glasses. Would not go again. What User likes about Le Café De L'horloge:
Quick service for a breakfast, very friendly owner who guided us on the visits to do, price at 8€ for a full breakfast, I recommend if you are in the corner. Near the port and easily accessible via the parking lot. Breakfast is hearty for the price View all feedback.
