We booked a stay of 4 nights (from 3 to 7 July 2023) in your hotel for one of our employees but unfortunately the experience was all but pleasant. Indeed, his stay was quickly tarnished by the discovery of bed bugs in his room. The stings on his face were no doubt about this infestation. Our employee immediately alerted the reception staff, who found and acknowledged the problem. In addition, we learned from the reception staff that the hotel had already had a similar problem with bed bugs a few weeks before and that a cleaning company had been called to solve the problem. Receiving employees proposed that we return the information to management to obtain compensation, in addition to the reimbursement of the overpayment. This is what we kindly requested by email. You told us that you would not respect your commitment by pretexting that all this is false, even going to reject the fault on another insect... We understand that problems, such as bed bugs, may arise. However, what is essential in such situations is the honesty and transparency of the institution to its clients. We hope that this notice will encourage you to improve your management practices and better treat your customers.
Disappointing. Slightly ventilated room, aging and small. Identical quality to the first price chain, but 30% more expensive for as aging equipment such as a small tub that invites not to stay in it. Breakfast without interest.
