It offers only vegetarian food. There is a non ac segment on ground floor and ac segment on 1st floor. This place is apt for having evening snacks or for having lunch. However the place close by 9pm. During lunch time it is advisable to reach by 1 pm as it gets very crowded later on and getting a seat becomes difficult.The range in vegetarian food is great and you can choose from south Indian food like dosa, idli, uttapam, wada etc to north Indian dishes like panner, dal etc.

I have often visited this place. I specifically like the south Indian options which they serve. Also the prices are quite affordable.

This is the best place to hog when you are hungry and you are not able to decide any new and different place

I opted for their toasted club sandwich which comes with tomato omelet, cucumber and tomatoes. Although the waiter said it comes with cheese, there was none inside. I had to remind the waiter after 20 minutes about my order. The sandwich must have been ready for some time as by the time I got it, it was cold and the toast had hardened up. Altogether, a poor experience which is surprising as the food at kamat is generally good.

This restaurant is an excellent place where you can enjoy a variety of chaats like dahi puri and pani puri, which taste authentic.
