However, the meal w... read more I visited on a Sunday morning and queued for around 2 hours. I had a high expectation while waiting and reading the previous Google reviews. However, the meal was quite a disappointment, mainly because the so-called “Top round steak ZYUU” was just another kind of average beef steak. It cooled down when served which made the meal even more upsetting. I had much better beef elsewhere without needing to queue for this long. Also perhaps I had a high hope for this restaurant given the popularity. With that said, thumbs up to the waitress and chef: the only 2 staff in the entire restaurant serving countless of customers. I was impressed by their efficiency while holding up a pleasant smile on their face! Japanese servicing is the best

However,... read more My family enjoy the food here, the flavor was really good and the meats were nicely cooked. This place offers a wide variety of beef for us to choose. However, the price is a bit high for us consider the fact that there are only about 5 slices per plate. I would recommend this place if you want a delicate meal with great quality. But for our family including two hungry young adults, we weren't able to have a 100% fulfilling meal within our budget. (Btw the meal were prepared and served quickly.

Fo... read more Great service at this restaurant. Everyone on the second floor gets seated in little booths, and you order your food from a tablet which has an English menu. Food was good but not amazing would recommend the grilled cuts of meat but unfortunately the ramen was a bit of a let down. It was described as Kobe Beef ramen however we really only got off cuts of Kobe beef in the soup. Otherwise a good meal.
