The Japanese sushi experience you were looking for, at a reasonable price. Almost everything tasted amazing and the location itself is traditional and cool. We spent around 3000 yen per person for a good amount of sushi.
Good service, fresh sushi especially the salmon, mackerel and yellowtail. Price range is wide (50-600yen per piece) and can get steep if you order too many of the higher end stuff.
Very cool experience and great tasting sushi in an authentic setting. The chefs are super friendly. We loved watching them prepare our orders and interacting with them. Food is served by them straight to you as soon as ready
This is the best sushi place in Kyoto! I’ve been there four days in a row and was lucky to try sushi from every chef. They were sooooo delicious and the price for them is valid. Every chef there is super nice and kind, we had a nice conversation and were treated with tender care!
