Basically, just before closing went through a last minute recommendation to get Indian food while not disappointed in Japan and this place! I have a to-go order and was still presented with a delicious soup, I wish I asked what it was called. Chicken Curry is amazing and she must have the garlic naan made on site because it is so fresh for 23:00. Samosas are the best I've ever had, just wow! I would recommend checkin... View all feedback.

I visited the restaurant feeling home-sick and wanting to have Indian food. The quality of the food seemed to suggest some of it was not freshly cooked. The potion size was very little and one curry was not sufficient for even two people. The music was a little loud and even raunchy for a business team outing. View all feedback.
One of the best places to go for a good Indian food! I love the flavors and the staff is really friendly and helpful. Being Indian, I like the fact that the food is absolutely authentic and healthy (not submerged in loads and loads of oil like other places). You won't be disappointed, your stomach will be happy and your wallet won't be completely empty... take it from me.
A vegetarian oasis in Japan!!! I had no real meal in days so unnecessary to say I was overjoyed to find such good Indian food (although to be fair, that was my first meal in Kyoto it seems more friendly for vegetarians than elsewhere). Prices seemed a bit high at first sight, but the share/quality was more than worth. I have the Shahi wiper, garlic naan, mango Lassi cocktail all were fabulous!
Very delicious food and they can make the curry according to your choice. I went here with my family in which there were two kids so we were worried about the spicy ness for the kids but the cook really made it according to the taste of kids and they really loved it. We are definitely going here again if visiting Kyoto . You should also give try for wonderful experience.
I greatly enjoyed the spicy soup that was a service. The food and drinks were a reasonable price for the portions, and tasty to boot. I want to try all the different curries they have and can't believe they could still serve after 10pm. Very solid atmosphere with lots of space. A nice tucked away place, hidden in the hustle and bustle of sanjo.
The food was really awesome here. This place has a lots of vegetarian options and the best part was the politeness of the staff. We were told if we wanted something from out of menu they can make it for us if they had ingredients for it . Very flexible and cozy place. If want to have indian food in Kyoto should definitely go here .
