Really big burgers!!!!!!!!! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The basil Mayo was special and really good. We also had these Sherbet Sauer they were perfect, not too sweet. And the homemade Bratbeef was great. If you are looking for a filling where everything tastes well, go here! As an American I can say that this is one of the most authentic American cuisine restaurants that I was "outside. We had a gluten-free diner with us and they made them the most beautiful plate. Great place!

Great food, great prices and incredible service! The rolls were too perfect, so the burger was easy to handle, and the bacon was real, thick bacon. There was so much food, we took a bag with onion rings and pommes home. And here I have to mention the service! While I paid, I forgot my phone at the table. When I called my phone to find it, the owner answered and offered to take it home by car on his way. I was surprised at the offered kindness, this kind of act of kindness is so rare nowadays. Thanks for the great food and a fantastic service! Eat her burgers (and her onion rings)

This is a great restaurant for some really delicious burgers. It's not cheap like McDonald's lol, but the quality is definitely there! I really like everything Burger-Themed including dessert is! We have the dessert that had 5 colorful miniburgers with vanilla ice cream inside. It came with honey and fresh fruit kiwis, raspberries and pommegranates) However, there are limited seats. I would also recommend staying away from the fried shrimp plate. It is a bit overpriced ¥600 for 4 small shrimps)... but everything else is worth the price. The average for 2 persons including starter, main, dessert and beer is ¥6,000! I think it's worth it because the burgers are HUGE and super delicious! The place is also very clean and English menus are available!

Amazing hidden Burgerplatz Burger was pretty tasty and French pommes were good and crispy service is fast and very friendly. It's not really expensive for the quality I wasn't overcrowded when I went there Definitely, you should try it if you happen nearby

Best burger we’ve had in Japan so far. I took the veggie burger and it contained fried eggplants, avocado, tomato and fried onions. I added egg and cheese that upgraded my burgers to higher levels. My boyfriend took the mozzarella and avocado burger and said it was one of the best burgers he ever had. We both took the thinner French fries that were really delicious. The atmosphere here is great, the place is small but designed beautifully. This place is a real gem! 5/5
