I have been a loyal customer of your petrol station for 20 years, and I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I know that the shop is managed by capable and intelligent people, and until now, I have had no complaints. However, I feel compelled to bring a serious issue to your attention. There is currently a staff member employed at your station who has exhibited untrustworthy behavior, and I believe he should be terminated immediately to protect the reputation of your business. This is not the first time I’ve had a negative experience with this employee, but I’d like to focus on the recent incident. Earlier today, April 8th, around midnight, I filled my red Hyundai i20 with $55.02 worth of unleaded 95 petrol. When I went inside to pay, I used $100.05 in cash (two $50 notes and a 5¢ coin) with the intent of also purchasing $40 in phone credit. The young man at the service counter, who had spiky blonde hair and glasses, declined my request for phone credit due to his inability to assist. That's understandable. However, after providing me with my change, I put the money into a small black bag and drove to IGA in town to purchase the phone credit. Upon checking my change after I parked, I realized I was short one $20 note. I immediately returned to the BP petrol station to rectify the situation. The blonde employee attempted to mislead me, asserting that my payment of $55.02 for petrol somehow amounted to $75.02. I was not fooled by his explanation and insisted on receiving the rest of my change, which he eventually gave me. If he is capable of doing this to me, I have no doubt he is doing the same to other customers. I am not seeking anything personal from this; I simply want to protect the public from such dishonest behavior. I hope this matter is addressed promptly, and if I can be assured that appropriate action will be taken, I would be happy to change my current 3-star rating to a more positive one. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The location is convenient, but it seems that they don’t receive enough attention from the management.
