I wish I could share something positive, but my experiences have been consistently disappointing. The restaurant appears unclean and has an unpleasant odor. The fries are particularly terrible—soft, soggy, and lacking flavor. If you're planning to order takeout, be sure to check your order before leaving, as they seem to always get it wrong. Took absolutely FOREVER for my order to come out and when I went to check up on it because people after me were getting their food…. the lady crumbled up my receipt into her pocket. Unbelievable service.

Food is fine but if you order online, don’t expect your order to be ready until 2-3x the estimated time. Very poor service.
They’ll put your phone call on hold for 10 minutes and tell you your order will take 45 minutes.
