After picking it up, I drove 30 miles home, only to find that the pizza had only Italian sausage and cheese—no veggies at all. I called the restaurant, but they said they couldn’t assist me as they were about to close and suggested I go online since it was an online order. However, when I checked their app and my order confirmation, there was no customer service number or email listed. I've been a loyal customer for years, but this experience is simply unacceptable.

When I arrived to pick it up, the store was closed, and the doors were locked despite the posted hours indicating it should be open. I checked the hours both online and on the door, and they matched. I won't be coming back. Parking was available.

Most recent trip, I waited over 30 minutes and the idiot wrapped my pizza with no cheese! Seriously!!! Who hires these morons?
