The hotel seems relatively new as all the furnishings are in good condition even though rather dark on the wood front for my liking. The staff were friendly and helpful and both receptionists spoke good English. The hotel was very good value for money £50 per room per night). The A/C worked well, the bed was comfortable and my room was spacious with a small balcony. The only thing which took me by surprise was the price of laundry which was excessive to say the least! The breakfast was ok if not exciting. In summary, on my next visit to Kiev I will almost certainly stay here again. Service: 4
