The customer service is terrible when you try to report an issue with your order. I faced rude treatment and was wrongly accused of lying and not specifying my order clearly, simply because I reached out to inform them about the problem. I was told to just deal with it and eat the food. The poor customer service prompted me to request a refund. When I returned the pizzas, I experienced even more hostility. Overall, t... I ordered a chicken kiev with chips for pickup. When I got home, I discovered that the chicken was raw inside. I called the restaurant, and they told me to either microwave it or come back so they could cook it a little more. I found this response absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. I wasn’t even offered a refund.
